What can I say? I am sorry...I was being a bit impatient... I'm going away for nearly two weeks tommorrow and won't be able to use my Jamstix until the new year... I just wanted to get the 'issue' sorted before I leave.

Well we worked it out didn't we? It was in fact working properly all the time... just the jamstix panel was saying that the default kit was the kit that was open... when in fact the correct kits were actually open all the time.

I can't belive that no one else has been as dumb as me and 'stumbled' on this issue as well?

I'm so sorry for being so pushy when you are always so helpful.

Is there any chance that the little purple writing in that panel in the top left hand corner of the Mapping Tab. (where it reads 'default') could be set to say what mapping kit or custom mapped kit is currently active within Jamstix?

Will be changed in one of the next betas to read 'Last Saved' to avoid confusion.

We will not use the last loaded mapping name because that is just as confusing as I could start a project with the default mapping and then change the mapping in a thousand ways and it would still read 'default' even though it has nothing in common anymore with the 'default' on disk.
