I sent you an email back on the 16th as follows:

The installer log shows the missing files have now been installed. The last plugin log is from before that time. If you still see red kit pieces, please send me the logs again via the manager tool so I can see a log from after the repair install.

Sorry about that Ralph. Your email got sent to Spam folder. Since I have received other emails from you I didn't think it would be in my Spam folder. But...there it was.

I did get some red kit pieces after the repair install. But for some reason everything started working a few days later. IJDK.

If it happens again, I will not be able to use the Manager because I have no email account on my main Musci PC. SO I will have to transfer the log to another pc to send to you. That's the only option.

Yes, in that case just copy and email the file c:\ProgramData\Jamstix4\Installer\support.zip, which gets created when you click the 'Email Tech Support' button.
