Hehe! I think it´s the best of all possible signs when Rayzoon finally gets some server capacity problems! Congratulations!
People please be patient! |

It's hard to be patient when you really want to "just play with it".
Oh well, it will come. I'm still interested to find out the final number, once the downloading frenzy has been taken care of |

I got my DL email this morning.. Downloaded it - that took a little over an hour to get all the zip files.. Install was a SNAP and I have been Jammin like the bald headed fool that I am for the last hour and a half.. What a great product!!
The 1st time I opened Cubase 4 it went through the expected setup and file initialization, Installed all the samples and then came time to activate it.. The license was there in the window and I clicked activate.. I got an hourglass for the cursor for a while.. I moved some windows around and saw the white "space of blankness" - hit ctrl alt del and sure enough Cubase was Not Responding.. Closed it, reopened it and loaded a project with Jamstix with no trouble at all! Initial hiccup I suppose.. Saved that project// Closed it.. exited Cubase.. Opened it again, opened the same project and it played and worked smoothly.. I've saved and jammed in two other projects with no troubles..
I'm loving this.. I am MiDi Dumb too and this it easy.. I think Jamstix is quite possibly smarter than I am! I'll play with it for a few more days then actually RTFM!!
Great Product Razoon!! Thank You! |

You were lucky Sid. I am trying to download since this morning.
Right now I am downloading DrumpPack #2 and it will take 4 hours (I usually download at 69-72 kb/sec, but this download is at 17 kb/sec.
I still have the BrushPak and the SnarePak to download.
Willy. |

Shucks, I just followed the link via the second email I received, and patiently downloaded the zip files, but none of them will open?
Any ideas? |

I tried right-click and "extract to" and/or "extract to folder," and that did not work here.
I wonder if I have to disable anti-virus software before downloading? |

Just got an email from Ralph. Sounds like the server is still getting slammed.
He suggested re-downloading. I've started to do so and the three zip files I've gotten so far are good to go. |

All of us "greedy people" who worked the net for places to spread the word helped push the group buy over the top, I guess. I'm happy for the rayzoon crew.
I can suffer through a little hiccup from the server, no problem.
I see that the 50% off offer has been extended a bit, too. |

I got mine last night. The core app came down blazing fast (150-160k I think) the standard kits started off that fast and dropped down as low as 20 or 17 or so. They bounced around a bit, but it only took about 30-40 min to grab them both. For all the rest, it took maybe another 30-60 minutes (I went to bed while drumpak 2 was downloading, so maybe that took 8 hours, who knows!).
Everything downloaded fine, It's burned to a DVD and I've avoided my real responsibilities for far too long now. Back to work. Oh just one more quick test...
I'm glad it worked this way, I could load up the basic plugin almost right away and figure out some of the controls and mapping and things like that.
If you're still downloading, fear not! Each pak makes it incrementally better! |
