Dancing in the streets!
If we were on the beta team, do we just use JamstixManager as before or do we have to request an email?
Are all of the sounds associated with my account in the list? |

Simply run JamstixManager and let it update. It'll take care of everything automatically. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

|

I had version 3.5 installed on my machine. After I updated Jamstix to 3.6, Reaper doesn't see its dll anymore. After trying to reinstall it several times, I've given up. I ended up having to uninstall Jamstix and installing an older version I had a back up of (3.3). I'm really frustrated! Isn't anybody else having the same problem? Ralph, help please, I'm desperate!

Working fine here in Reaper. The trick is the same as always, you have to know where the .dll file is going and you have to have Reaper looking in the location. For the first, when you install it asks you where you want to put the .dll. For the second Reaper allows you to set the folders you want to scan for VSTs. Be patient, take a deep breath, have a cup of coffee and then try again. |

Renan_Lim: as Jazzmandan said, this is usually a setup folder issue. Try installing 3.6 to the exact same folders as the prior version. If this still fails, please email me Documents\Jamstix3\rzdlog.txt. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
