After a certain amount of changed to the brain, and players/styles -

the beat would NOT stop swinging... no matter what I changed, going back to james stix, etc..

I tried to clear
I tried to recompose
I had to delete the part, and remake it.

whats up with that?

Have you centered the swing slider that is in the song structure section (by the time signatures, etc.)?

wow. somehow, didn't see that.

ok, I'm gonna have to REVISIT the tutorials and videos now.

thanks, that stopped the swinging. A drummer must have put it there.
