|
|
I really enjoy working with Jamstix and I have posted some of my songs on the MultitrackStudio forum (user name: Gigabyte), but although I read the manual(s), I can't do one thing. I hope someone can enlighten me.
If I understand it well, the bars of one part of a song are created on the fly based on the main bar of that part and brain settings, etc.
What I can't do is, once manually created the main bar (to simplify: no style, no drummer, no nothing), Jamstix creates identical bars for that part of a song. But, later if I change something in the main bar of that part, those changes are not reflected on the consequent bars even if I force a recompose. How can I accomplish this?
Thanks for any help in advance. |

I recommend you tweak your workflow as follows:
- edit your groove in the bar editor
- click 'Turn Groove Into Style' in the bar editor menu
- Jamstix now uses your groove in all bars.
- if you edit the groove again, just click 'Turn Groove Into Style' again _________________ Ralph Zeuner
