Is there a user manual that explains all the goodies hiding inside this new program?

I didn't seem to get it in the DL's...

I opened JS3 and was playing around with it a quickly realized that the things I did in JS2 were not as obvious to me as I had hoped. I didn't see a help button in it, so I'm wondering where I can DL the PDF manual.
