Bill,
I just sent you a fixed version of your arrangement. The problem was the muted/locked bar behind the ending. This forces Jamstix to be quiet in that bar so you can't hear the downbeat kick/crash.
Simply leave bars behind an ending un-muted and unlocked. Jamstix will play the ending, the downbeat kick/crash and then be silent. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Great! Thanks for taking a look. I will give it a try as soon as I can.

I gave the FXP a try and see what you are talking about. I now have endings! Woo-hoo!
Thanks again for the help.

Please share how you got Jamstix to get progressively busier. I really like how the tune opens with just simple off beat cymbal work and the occasional snare and kick. |
I created an automation envelope in my host (FL Studio) that is linked to Jamstix MIDI Automation velocity parameter. I then drew an envelope that controls the velocity setting in the Jamstix arrangement. The higher the velocity, the busier the playing.

That's a neat trick! Tried it myself, quite a dramatic difference. _________________ Pete Goodwin |
