|
|
Hello;
I have downloaded the latest demo twice and it has not placed an icon on my desktop.... I also do not find a program exe in the program files created by the download. My computer is a PC running windows 7. I appreciate any ideas what's wrong. |

You have failed to understand that Jamstix is a VST. As such, there is no executable file (or desktop icon). Put Jamstix into your VST folder, then open your host DAW - you should be able to access Jamstix from within the DAW. _________________ Graeme

Jamstix is a VSTi plugin instrument, which means it needs a host to run in, such as Cubase, Sonar, Tracktion, Live, FL Studio, Acid Pro, REAPER etc.
If you do not currently have such a host, you can use a free minimalistic host like SAVIHost or MiniHost or the demo version of REAPER. _________________ Ralph Zeuner

In which case, when you install the demo, it shouldnt tell you to start it from the icon on your desktop... |
