You don't want to use the GM options, because you won't get the full range of expression and instrument choices Superior offers. Use the Superior kit mapping instead; when the explorer dialog opens, navigate to the Superior Drummer.dll file, which is the actual Superior instrument plugin, and should be located in your default VST directory (commonly C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VST Plugins), and open that. Jamstix will then subhost Superior inside it. If you want to run Superior externally, you don't necessarily need EZPlayer; just go to Jamstix' mixer tab, set 'MIDI Only', load the Superior kit, and then load Superior in your host and route Jamstix to it the same way you routed it to EZPlayer before. _________________ Win7 RC, Core 2 Quad Q6600, Sonar 8, Superior 2 |
