Hi Ralph
Have recently returned to Jamstix after checking out the mouth watering new features and the exiting prospect of JS3.
However I have a problem which has appeared after upgrading my set up - details below
JS2 keeps missing notes on random bars - If I drag the bar to my host (pro Tools) there are notes clearly missing so I know it's not my drum Module (BFD)
When I preview the bar everything is OK
When I play back the part it's a different bar that contains missing notes.
Have tested in Cubase and everything is fine so it's definately a Pro Tools issue.
Have tested all the way back to Pro Tools 7.1 and back to Original JS2 and I get the same problem.
Tested this with a basic 8th rock beat with the kick on 1 and 3 and the kick solo'd in BFD so I'm not talking about the odd ghost note or accent here.
I sincerely hope you can help as I'm at a loss and I really don't want to go back to using standard midi files for song construction.
Have emailed you a basic debug log and a full debug log during which the missing notes occured.
Again I hope you can help
Thanks Jerry

Work-around is to record the MIDI output in the host as Jamstix plays through the song. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
