Hi:
My issue is slightly different. I'm an older J1 and J2 user who kind of wandered from the fold for a year or so, not having much luck in either ACID or FL Studio with the software.

I DID keep my magic link and stayed pretty much current. I also changed addresses without telling you. Oops.

The link let me download 2.5 this week, but it wouldn't let me download BonzoPak. Dead link. Story behind this: I bought it back when it was first released and (doh!) either forgot to download it because of space problems on my HD (most likely), or DL'd it and forget where it got stored.

Long story short, I repeated this tale of woe two or three times in e-mail to support@...., in the past 48 hours, no result. But now I see from traffic here that you've been inundated (and probably buried in orders for the long-anticipated hand percussion)....so, if you would be so kind, could you revive my link to BonzoPak (repeated in the e-mail from the same e-mail address as this msg)?

Excellent customer service! And now I have a greatly expanded kit to drive my neighbors slightly more daft....
