Hi!

There just happened something: I fell in love with Charlie!

The simplifier parameter makes for some very interesting and effective variations. I can see no reason why the other drummers shouldn't have it!

Really cool!

Btw, the simplifier doesn't seem to change the BD playing!? I think it should. So the perfect implemenation would be seperate simplifiers for the main elements Smile

Now I will go to bed with my wonderful wish... Wink

ciao, Markus

Actually I think it would be a really good idea to be able to add any feature from any drummer or style to create a custom style, though this would probably have to wait until Jamstix 3.

Oh, yes that would be awsome! Would make things much more flexible and interesting. If we could see this in Jamstix 3, I hope this version isn't too far away Smile
I must say I'd almost wish Ralph could spend all his energies on Jamstix for another five years and wouldn't have to work on the bassist. I'm not much interested in an instrument playing melodies for me, but there may be many people out there who think different.

i agree, it would be cool to have js more modular. like the reason synth, when u open it up you start with nothing and just add stuff as you go - it has a scrollable interface so you just scroll to where you want to focus your attention.

lovin this software!

We are having some ideas/concepts to expand the current "Add' function of the brain menu into a more modular work environment in Jamstix 3.

'Modular' is exactly the word I was looking for, that's awesome that you're thinking about this for JS3.
