I have a td-10 and a vh-11 HH which I use exclusively to trigger the great sounds of Jamstix.
Can't seem to get any edge Hats, nor midinote learning in Midikey or listed in Sound/Sample File Name page.
?? Thanks!!! |

There are no separate edge hihat slots in Jamstix, which I assume to be what others call 'shank' sounds. However, you can select shanked hihats in Jamstix 2 for the normal closed hihat sound ("Hihat Closed Shank - 14" JS2 Paragon"). _________________ Ralph Zeuner

Yes I see. That sounds good!
But is there no way to trigger the sounds from the edge of the vh-11? To get either the closed or the shank at will... |

Jamstix only loads either shanked or tipped but not both at the same time. You can work around that by loading the second hihat type into another sound slot that you don't need, such as a percussion slot. Now assign the proper MIDI key used by the TD-10 and off you go. _________________ Ralph Zeuner
