Has anyone else had trouble getting the updated registration code needed for version 1.7?

I've emailed tech support, sales, and several other email addresses since November 4, but haven't gotten any replies.

I need the updated user registration code for 1.7.
I also need to download the DrumPaks I bought with the Jamboree.
(I didn't download within the 14 day period, then got too busy to do music)
