Straight Jacket Sunday Soundclick Page
Above is the link to the songs page on my soundclick site. I just have the song up for hi fi and lo fi play... sorry now download mp3 at this time... Mainly, I'm working on my full length album right now... So I'm going to be trying to sell this and I'm not sure at this point what songs are gonna be the freebie downloads...
A little background on this one. Over the weekend I visited my wife and kids and left to go back to work on Monday. Well, Monday in CT had the most blue and beautiful sky and I had so much fun with my sons. Now I'm back in VA working and it is nice and gray outside...
Anyway, let me know what you think about the overall sound and feel of the song. I really want this disc I'm putting out to be top quality stuff...
Of course, Jamstix is jamming along on this one...

I like 'em monkey!!
Really cool bass work going on there, especially in poison!! So, what drums are you using? Jamstix?? Jamstix+BFD or DKFHS???
Keep the jams coming my friend! _________________ Metal Born Again:

I really liked the song called "The Poison".
How did you set up Jamstix? I'm new to the program but that song is similar to a few I have wrote. Still trying to get it figured out. Did you use Jamstix samples or something else?
"Blue Sky Monday" was cool too. Nice job on both!

I use Jamstix as a midi out and run it into my midi channel controlling DFHS. I havn't really used the Samples that come with Jamstix although I purchased them. For me, Jamstix + DFHS is an awsome tool. Once you get your flow going with Jamstix, everything is easy. After I program in Jamstix though, I always output the midi file and do some final tweaks here and there.
Thanks for checking out the tunes... |

influenced by black label society ? sounds a bit like them

Monkeymanx, I can't wait what you'll do with the metal styles/drummers in Jamstix 2.... _________________ Ralph Zeuner

I ended up toning down the reverb... I've never really liked alot of reverb on my voice anyway...
Jamstix 2 + Me = Insane Metal Madness...
I've been doing quite a variety of styles on the album I'm working on. It's got some lighter(lighter for me that is) songs, some heavy, some edgy rock... All showing the power of Jamstix. |

Monkey, I'm checking out your other stuff. I'm down with the one man band thing too! I'm really digging your stuff as it seems to really grab me. Are you doing the vocals as well? _________________ Metal Born Again:
