As they say "your mileage may vary..." but this is what I did:
Uninstall all Jamstix versions
Manually delete remaining files and folders in the install locations
Manually delete the Jams ... |

This is rather a tool to get an arrangement quickly out of Jamstix not a full-blown jam, for which recording MIDI-out is the way to go.
