| FWIW, with beta 9 and now also with beta 10, when I load the VST into Reaper (v4.25 x64 on Win7 SP1) it hangs on shutdown and I have to kill the process.

UPDATE: Ralph - FYI, I've been using it tonight in Cubase 6.5 with any of the previously expressed issues...aside from the "add" option still doing nothing.
