Ok, so yeah. I've just upgraded to JS3, and the percussion elements of the kit don't go through to SSDex, possibly because those instruments don't exist in it.

You're probably getting the JS kit playing at the same time as the NI Studio Drummer.

I'm not sure of the process of using NISD with JS, but I've had this happen with the SSDex drums that I have. ...

I don't know if this is relevant to anyone anymore, but in JS2 I found that the cowbell and shaker werent getting routed to SSDex using the mappings.

I found what I had to do was finalise my drum ...

Gudday all, I'm sure I've asked this before years ago but couldn't find it...

Using Jamstix 2, how do I reduce the kit? Say, take a rack tom or two off.

Gudday all. I currently use JS2 with the SSDex drums. Seems to work pretty well for me for the most part.

What are the advantages (or otherwise) in going to JS3?

Looks like that expansion pack offer is gone/over. Shows up when you search the site for "Steven Slate" but the link is dead - which is a shame - I've got the SSD + JS2 + Reaper combo worki ...
