Doveman,

I always find your stuff interesting when I run into it. Great tones here. I like the swampy mysterious vibe. I am not sure that this particular thing ever resolves into a whole, but it ...

This is a 12 bar I was fooling with to practice the Dr. Rhino drum sound tutorial with. I got the drums to sound pretty punchy I think. The drummer is Stewart, and I like everything he does except t ...

That works! Jamstix is so amazing, but the interface is not always quite intuitive.

Thanks,

Ralph,

If you let Jamstix create a scratch arrangement in keyword jam, and then switch to manual jam to edit it, is there a way to eliminate fills that are in the wrong place? It was set to do fil ...

Thanks, Ralph. I knew I was doing something dumb. So when the rhythm patterns are cleared from a keyword jam, but you are still in keyword mode, it doesn't have anything to play in those slots? Som ...

Ralph,

I sent the file. I also got Jamstix to play beats and files as expected by going to keyword jam, clicking the arrow to move "country" out of the selection box, and then moving it back in.

Ralph,

I just tried with the beta. I set up the keyword jam with "country." I starting playing, and it was giving me one rhythm, "night train" over and over. I didn't like that, so I hit "clear ...

I got it to read, and it is working somewhat, the program will only play random fills every now and then but not straight beats.

I am still struggling with this fills but no beats problem. I did a ...

If JS2 was just an evolution of the current JS 1.8 then it would have already been done. Alas, it is completely new and different and you just can't reliably estima ...

Jamstix 2 sounds like it is going to be a very powerful and flexible tool. I am getting good results with Jamstix 1, but I do find the interface a little counterintuitive at times. I am very glad I ...
