I'm having the same issue in Sonar 4. Sonar crashes on exit when I close my project with Jamstix in it. I finally have the drums set up the way I want on the track, so I don't want to remove Jamstix ...

"just use the 'Save Bank' or 'Save Patch' feature of your host to save the arrangement to a FXP or FXB file"

Still learning, but this sounds like a great idea...
