So, does JS4 now work for you in Cubase 13 without "APS Mode" enabled?

I don't know it this is a clue, but I am using only basic integrated Intel graphics, and "APS Mode" has fixed it for me.

Are you on a laptop or are you using a desktop?
What type of graphics do you have?
Is it a discrete graphics card, e.g. Nvidia or AMD?

Happy to report I was able to purchase, got the authorization key by email a little over half an hour later, and was able to download and install without any problems.
